Hello I am purchasing a Lenovo desktop that is meant for intermediate gaming and work,

The desktop is $850

-Processor & Memory:
AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Processor at 3.0GHz
16GB DDR4 RAM

-Operating System:
Microsoft® Windows 10

-Drives:
1TB 7200 RPM SATA Hard Drive + 128GB Solid State Drive
DVD Writer (Writes to DVD/CD)

-Graphics & Video:
8GB AMD Radeon RX 480 Graphics

-Communications:
802.11 Wireless-AC + Bluetooth® 4.0
10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet (RJ-45)

-Keyboard:
Wired Keyboard & Mouse

-Ports & Slots:
2x USB 3.0
4x USB 2.0
1x VGA out
1x HDMI-Out
1x Multi Format Media Card Reader
1x Combination Audio Jack

-Additional Information:
Dimensions: 12.78" x 6.5" x 14.8"
400W Power Supply

I am a little concerned about the power supply and if the RX 480 will be working fluidly at max loads. Is this an overall good pc and worth it for the cost?

Solution
Yes, I meant the price hits 900 except windows and dvd, wireless already, so this is pretty good. Only issue is you need to swap the PSU which is ~30 to get a Corsair CXM 450 if the PSU is not proprietary.
Cheapest build your own:

ask about mb, as long as it is B350, it seems a pretty good deal assuming 480~580

Good value just the psu is my main worrypoint too. It will handle this system as long as it is of good quality but you never know whit these prebuilts.
