Using My Parts with Upgrades

Hi, I currently have

I7 920 CPU @2.6Ghz (3.6 overclocked)
24 Corsair 1600 MHz Ram (6x4)
P6T Motherboard
GTX 750 ti 2gb

I wanted to upgrade my computer to handle editing 1080p videos as it gets stuck at moments now.

I have $600 to spend and wanted to get a new CPU, PSU, MOBO, SSD DRIVE.

I want to reuse my Graphic Card and 24 GB Ram.

Let me know what you guys think.

I originally wanted to upgrade everything but than thought about reusing GPU & RAM.

Your GPU should be fine for a while longer, not ideal as 4gb would be better but okay. Just a question, what country?

As for you cpu do you mind about brand? Like are you intel specific? I would recommend the ryzen 5 1600. Bonus that it comes with a sexy cpu stock cooler.

MOBO you can pick up a b350 for $70 usd such as the ASRock ab350 pro4 (atx/micro)

I would say a 550w psu to be safe, what is your current wattage? make sure you get a decent brand such as Corsair or EVGA

Ssd I would say get a 250g Samsung evo or 500g if you need the space
With a 250g ssd total $600 try to get the 500g if you need
