Hello there, I made a build for my new pc checked if shop haveeverything I'm buying, just need to check one more time with you, "skilled" people to see is everything going to be okay etc.

This is my build, and I just want to know will RAM be okay with ryzen 5 and my mobo. Thanks guys.

CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 1600
GPU: GIGABYTE nVidia GeForce GTX1050 Ti WF2 OC OR ASUS nVidia GeForce ROG STRIX-GTX1050TI-O4G-GAMING
RAM: G.SKILL 16GB (2X8) DDR4 3200 MHz, Ripjaws V, F4-3200C16D-16GVKB
MOBO: MSI B350M Gaming Pro
PSU: Corsair TX550M

//edit Also, I'm kidna limited to offer in my country and prices are not the same, they are ~25% more expensive than other countrys, so yeah, this is limit price for my build, hopefully I don't need to change a lot.

Solution
Ryzen does 'love' fast ram.
It is however perfectly happy with middling speed ram too.

I'm just saying if 16gb of 2666 was $20-30 cheaper & you're budget limited outside of benchmarking & a few cases of gaming with a very high-end GPU on a 144htz screen there is no practical difference to the average user.

From my testing on a few titles the difference between 2400-2933 was 12fps
The difference between 2666 & 2933 was a paltry 4fps

Which does sound quite a jump until you taken into account this was BF1 multiplayer & the fps I'm talking about was in the 110-125fps range already.

I would do some sides stuff, want to make it "all-around" pc. And also to be "prepared" for future games, also love to have background programs running while gaming, so I think it's better for me to go 16gb.

More and more games are coming out with 8GB as the min and 16GB as recommended. If it's within budget it's much simpler for building and for compatibility to go with a 2x8GB now and be done with it rather than roll the dice on a second 8GB stick working correctly with the exiting RAM a year or so down the line.

So you saying this RAM is compatiblr with ryzen and mobo and I can make a order?

Everything is fine there as long as you realise the 1050ti is a medium to high setting GPU for 50-60fps generally.

Decent for what it is but don't expect ultra settings on it.

I agree with keeping 16gb ram , yes that ram is compatible.

I would argue that if you can get 2666mhz ram substantially cheaper there will be very very little performance difference.

I'll mostly play League of Legends which doesn't require some high end gpu, but if I wanted to play some other games on medium/high I'll survive.
I read on a lot of forums Ryzen "loves" fast ram?

Oh thanks for the info, will check their prices for lower MHz.
