Hi,
I have recently completed a build using a Ryzen 3 processor with stock cooler. I know that the cooler has pre-applied thermal paste.
However, I've now realised that I didn't remove any film or cover from the bottom of the cooler before attaching it to the mobo.
Can anybody tell me if the Ryzen 3 stock cooler has a film or cover over the thermal paste that needs to be removed before installation?
If I remove the cooler to check this, and there is no cover, I'll need to remove the paste and start again, which I'd rather not do!
