I have decided that i want a gtx 1060. I like Palit as a brand. There are 3 cards that palit offers.
The Palit gtx 1060 6gb stormX (one fan), the palit gtx 1060 dual( two fans), and the Palit gtx 1060 6gb super jet stream( two fans )
i dont plan on overclocking.
These three cards, in where i live, differ a lot in price.
the stormX one goes for 265. The dual one goes for around 310 and the jet steam one goes for 325. All these are in euros because i live in Greece.
Which one should i buy? You have any other suggestions for around 315(euros)? Wiil it make a big deference if i decide to buy the one fan card?

if something doesn't make sense it's because my english aren't perfect.

my system right now:
i7 8700
msi z370 gaming plus
coolermster masterair pro 4
Coolermaster mastercase pro 5
Coolermaster g550 550w psu
2tb seagate surveilance
500gb samsung 850evo ssd
16gb corsair Vengance Lpx
Asus GeForce GT730 1GB (what i want to upgrade from)
Upgrading my old pc is almost over.
thank you for reading this :) :)

Yeah your case is high airflow and you have a relatively high end air cooler for your CPU, so you don't need the single blower fan unless your budget dictates it. There is no difference between the first two GPUs you reference as far as clock speed, so I'd rule out the Dual just for that reason alone.

You likely could overclock the blower fan StormX to close to the factory overclocked Super JetStream, but you said you don't overclock. For your application, I don't see how to justify the €60 difference in price between the blower StormX and dual fan Super JetStream. You are really only talking a few FPS difference clock for clock or maybe 7-10% more performance at best. That's nearly a 25% increase in cost which is significant.

You can get an idea of how the factory overclocked SJS variant compares to a reference 1060 here in a Hitman benchmark:

But if you want to get an idea of how well that Super JetStream overclocks, you can get an idea here where they compare it with Nvidia's reference speed Founder's Edition:
