Is this a normal idle temp for this overclock?
Have been testing this setup for a few days and Ryzen Master is showing the same temps as CAM.

Case: NZXT 440 stock fans
CPU Cooler: Kraken 52x, with an push config
The cooler was new, today i replaced the thermal and still getting the same temps

Ambient temp: 21C

When i stress test the CPU it gets around 70C, gaming around 60C

What is your voltage when you are not overclocking? High voltage at stock clocks will give higher temps even though the clockspeeds are low. So if you upped the voltage for overclocking and then went back to stock clocks and did not revert to the previous voltage setting, then your temps will be high.

Additionally the default v-core volts in the bios may be too high. So if you are running at base clockspeed and the default voltage, try lowering the voltage and see if it is stable. If it is stable, your temps should drop as well.

thanks, im just suprised about these temps, as not on OC it only drops a few degrees.. i know the ryzen cpu is different than the rest but still i find it fairly high.

Your temps do not show a failure in the cooling system or the CPU itself. Your temps would be 90C or higher. You may just have a good chip. The CPU does not require a lot of volts to run with a high overclock. Less volts equals less heat.
Couple that with the fact that you have a really good cooler.

As a Kabby Lake owner I would love to see peaks at 70C under a stress test.
