how can I find a "very" identical Hd (WD passport 1 Tb for mac) for spare parts. I need a working head for exchange or in worst case I have to swap platter. Is the only way via "Ebay".
Is it sufficient to compare the P/N Number? To find an identical hd I think is more or less impossible - so how close is adequate and what is in this case the definition of "close" respectively in terms of the P/N number?
