Will the P400S work fine with a STRIX 1080 TI+ How can i make this build under 2500?

So, i'm currently putting together a £2500 PC Build. However, i like the look of the Phanteks P400S but i'm not sure if it will be compatible with a STRIX 1080 TI. I've looked on PC PartPicker and it says it will fit but some drive cages will not be usable. Is this true, as i've heard sometimes PC Part Picker gets things wrong. If it is true, is it easy to fit it still? Secondly, here is my build so far https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/thD9VY How can i make this under £2500? What things could be changed for not too much of a performance downgrade? Thanks for any help! :)

The GPU will fit without any issues.
The drive cages that PCPartPicker states are these:
PH-HDDKT2-2.jpg

and the case only comes bundled with two(if I recall correctly).
