Hey I need help, I just started playing PC, I want your suggestions on this build I have in mind

Processor: i7-4770k cpu (recycled)
GPU: 1080ti
Ram: Rip Jaws V series 32gb 288-pin ddr4 sdram
MoBo: MSI z270 gaming m3 LGA 1151 intel z270
Psu: rosewill ARC series 750W 80 plus bronze
Ssd and hDD: 250gb factory default and 1TB factory default (recycled)

Please I’m new to building so please be polite. Thank you.

Is this a bottleneck?

That PSU isn't a good one, I would not use it to power an $800 graphics card.

I recommend a Seasonic Prime 650W Gold or Corsair RM650X.

The CPU should be fine.
