CPU temp jumps under load but stays stable, is that normal?

Hello!
I bought a Deepcool Captain 240 recently to cool my i5 6600k at 4.5Ghz, and when I benched it with Cinebench R15 the temps jumped from 32-35C to 68-70C and it stays at that temperature throughout the benchmark. Is this normal? I am a newb in cooling and overclocking, so I would rather be safe. Thank you and sorry if this is a stupid question.

Solution
so 32c-35c are your idol temps(which are pretty good) 68c-70c are your load temps (is kinda high)
when you benchmarking you are aslo using your CPU( so when you use your CPU its going to get hotter) WHICH IS NORMAL

now i wouldnt let my temps go over 70c on my CPU (might start causing damage to your CPU after long usage every day)

i would lower your OC to wear your max temp is 60c if your using the computer for everyday use
i would also not recomend changing your volts to your CPU to achieve you OC as well
i have the same CPU
my idle temps are 24-27c idle and 54-58c under 100% load at 4.7ghz(with a custom loop)
i increased my volts to 1.335v for my stable OC
my ambient temperature is 64f in my basment
