What is the diffrence? And which one is the most worth for I5 8400 and I know that z370 wont be worth it because its not an overclockable processor. And i know H370, B360 and H310 still has not been released yet. But are they the same such as B360 with B250?

Well Z is overclock and B&H are nearly identical. Generally B might have more USB ports than H but in terms of usage they are pretty interchangeable.
B is kinda meant for business builds and H is for home users. In theory at least. In practice like I said it really doesn't matter.
