My mobo have 4 ram slot.

I can use only A1 and A2. If I use ram on B1 or B2 my system not boot not have beeb sound and ram red led is on.

Frist I think mobo problem and I go to cheage new mobo from Asus. But I can't still use B1 and B2 ram slot.

Solution
Your motherboard manual says to use slots A2 and B2 for dual channel support with two sticks.
That may not be a requirement, but ASUS says that is what is recommended.

Using a1 and B1 is ok if it works, but since they are the same channel, you will operate in single channel mode.

If the motherboard is new, you could try to have it replaced under warranty even though the problem is likely of your causing.

If no replacement is possible, I would just keep using what works.
Dual channel is not significantly faster in real terms unless you are using integrated graphics.
A1 &A2 should be OK.
