I just bought a g3258 with an h81m-c. I deside to overclock it to get more performance. I saw a video on yt and do the same thing. After the overclock the pc get blue screen but on my two friends pc with the same cpu mobo it doesnt. I adjust the voltage trying to stable it but at the video it set it at 1.345 but i should set it at 1.475 to be normal but i have very high temperatures(85+)Any idea. Thanks

Solution
A better cooler is always a good first step for overclocking. !.475 is a lot of Voltage. Did you apply new high quality thermal paste in a very thin layer? Arctic silver is popular. A small ball 1/4" dia. in the center of the CPU is about enough. I would look at fan and coolers your friends are using first.
