HELP PLEASE! NEW BUILD GONE WRONG! GPU LED ON MOBO SOLID on!

I just finished building my new pc(new parts) and when I powered it on, I had no display.
Everything was running, but I noticed a white led on, inside the mobo manual it said gpu problem.
So i took the gpu off and tried again, everything was okay!
Afterwards, I tried putting the gpu on a different slot, didnt work no display once more!

WTF HELP PLEASE

Specs.
Gpu : 1070 msi armor
Mobo: z370 msi a pro
Cpu: 8400 i5
Psu: bitfenix 650w whisper
Ram: 16gb g skill
Hdd
M.2 ssd

Since I have display and I can get into bios without the gpu and the dedicated led is solid on when it's onboard there's something wrong! I've read the post, it's not helping at all!

Yes, I did. It's an 8 pin.
Tried a second cable. Nothing.
Fans on gpu are working but no luck.
