My PC is suddenly running bad

About 2 months ago, I bought my first PC. It was all fine and good up until now. The only like I did was move my PC to the side of my desk so it could get better ventilation, and suddenly I'm getting terrible performance. Games I'd get 100 fps in now just get 20. Or games I'd get up to 300 fps in I'm barely scraping by with 45. What could of caused this? The only other thing I did was update the BIOS. It's notable that one of the fans is making an odd sound, I think its the GPU but I can't quite narrow it down. The sound also comes and goes with reboots.
Thanks

1| Can you please list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

2| Did you move the system while it was powered on?

3| You may want to try using DDU and uninstall your GPU drivers. Reinstalling the latest revision found on Nvidia's site or AMD per the card you own.

1- Yeah that would probably be a good idea
Intel i7 7700k
Prime B250-A
8 GB DDR4 SDRAM
1TB SATA HARDRIVE (i think this is what you're asking, if not I'm sorry, I'm new to all this)
GEFORCE GTX 1060 3G OCV1
I believe the PSU is a 600w made my Corsair
I don't know the specific chassis, but it's the same one as the CYBERPOWERPC Gamer Xtreme GXi10180W uses (I know, pre-built I'm disgusting)
and I'm running Windows 10

2- I did not. I unplugged everything and flipped the switch off while I moved it

3- I already tried that but, to no avail.
