I am planning to replace my cpu, cooling fan, motherboard, and powersupply. my question is if i replace those parts do i need to reinstall windows or replace any of my other parts? as long as i match my ram and gpu im ok right? any issues going from AMD to intel?

Having 2 issues, figure the above solves them and is a nice upgrade for low budget gaming comp.
CPU overheating warnings (is 65 C that bad?)
Power cuts out. then comp wont stay turned on. if i leave it alone for 15-20 min it fires up and runs fine.

Build:
AMD FX6300 3.5GHz
Asus M5A97 LE R2.0
MSI HD 7850 2GB
CoolMaster i600 PSU 600W
GSkill Ripjaws X (2x4GB) DDR3 2133

had a voltage warning pop up and checked the hardware info sensors and noticed this power drop (?) in the second column of 5V
