Assassin's Creed Origins + i7-7700K Temperature

I've played a lot of games on my i7-7700K. Assassin's Creed Origins is the first game to give max temps near Prime95 temps.

Normal gaming temp on other games 65-75C Max 79C (eg. Battlefield 1)
Normal gaming temp on AC Origins 70-81C Max 84C
Prime95 normal temp 79-81C Max 86C

Oh, and I run at 1.225V 4.5GHz on all cores w/ Cryorig H7, might be time to think about upgrading the cooler?

Phanteks P400 w/ 5x120mm fans (3x intake 2x exhaust)
EVGA GTX 1070 SC (stays cool, not an issue)

Kinda wishing I went with the Enthoo Pro case so I could fit a bigger air cooler. Not really wanting to spend a lot on liquid AiO.

Solution
The 7700k and the Cryorig H7, while amazing for the price, is exactly that. For the price. The 7700k can get hot.

It may be time to look towards a different cooler, such as a Noctua U12S or similar.
Why is it I always see the Corsair H80i GT (isn't that the old one, but isn't it basically the same as the V2?) outperforming 240-280mm AiOs? As cheap as it is it seems like a great value.
