Is my cpu bottlenecking my gpu

No problem. Download hwinfo or anything which can show on screen display during game play and check cpu and gpu usage. Now if you see cpu usage is almost 100% everytime and GPU usage is less than 90% then it is a good indication that your gpu is being bottle necked by your GPU.
It is FX6300 right seems might be the case. MSI afterburner is also good. Just check google how to.
