Installing M.2 disables my sata ports SSD and HDD

When I install my m.2 120 Gb my SSD and HDD doesn't show in the BIOS my Operating system installed in the ssd so when i boot up windows 10 doesn't exist i tried to boot up without the m.2 after booting i install m.2 windows 10 start to crashes and get stuck the that blue screen show and it will reboot again without Sata ports my question is how can I boot up everything without crashing and everything works good do I need to change Sata ports example from port 1 to port or my PSU can't run everything because of over power
