Asus P8H77-M LE Problem with Set Up

I have the above Motherboard and the latest version of Windows 10. My problem is that on Start up, it opens with the message "Press F1 to enter BIOS set Up" this takes me to the main screen, then when I press F5, it defaults the settings, then I Save and Exit, the PC Starts Up immediately.

If I Restart the PC it starts correctly, but, if the PC has been switched off, it starts with the problem message again. Would appreciate any help that you can offer. Thanks.

can be two issues. one the cmos jumper is on the clear the cmos pins or the jumper to keep the cmos from clearing is missing. look under your mb guild to see if yours clears or needs one. the other issue make sure the cmos battery in tight. if it is replace it.
