Two cards are the same, but one is warmer. Why?

EVGA GTX 1070 SC GAMING

one (was a miner):
IDLE temp 45 - FULL LOAD temp 66- Fan Speed 50%
other (just game card):
IDLE temp 45 - FULL LOAD temp 80-81- Fan Speed 60%

same BIOS,

What is the reason?
Which biost worthy to install?

Help Me Please

Mind sharing a picture of how they are setup in your system? Often the lower card will see better temps because the card placed in the first PCI-e slot would have it''s fans sandwiched between the PCB stifling the airflow to it. Or are we looking at the cards setup individually?

SLI does not matter.
Physical closeness is the probable issue.

No physical closeness. Simultaneously only one in the machine.
I'm putting in one:
(was a miner):
IDLE temp 45 - FULL LOAD temp 66- Fan Speed 50%
After I change the other:
(just game card):
IDLE temp 45 - FULL LOAD temp 80-81- Fan Speed 60%
