This is a fresh build pc and the first pc that I built. I got to the part where i install the gpu drivers. My gpu is gtx 1050ti. I click install drivers and go to the bathroom to take a shower . But when I came back everything is normal except that every icon on my desktop is missing and the speakers and the internet icons is missing as well. When i click for example, the internet explorer, it seems like it respond but it won't show up. So I can't even reinstall Windows 10. Then I started to restart the pc but it is black screen but I try to enter the password and it worked. But not one thing is fixed. Please help, it is a emergency, and sorry if I make any grammar or spelling mistakes, I'm so stressed out right now for staying up at 5 in the morning trying to solve this problem. PLEASE HELP ME. If you still had any questions, please ask.

Solution

What? Do you have your monitor connected by DVI and HDMI cable simultaneously?

That is essentially the same as 2 monitors connected. You can switch between video inputs with buttons on the monitor.
I bet - all your apps and windows are showing up on the other video input.

Or simply - just use one cable (either DVI or HDMI) and not both.

2| Have you made sure you didn't bent and CPU pins on the motherboard CPU socket?

3| Can you boot to BIOS and remain there indefinitely?

3| I can boot the BIOS and everything work fine, just the windows is acting very weird, when I click for example, the IE, the taskbar will open but it won't show up and when I move my mouse to the taskbar it showed me that it showed up but i just can't use it.
P.S. I know pairing a 1700x with a 1050ti is a stuipd choice but the gpu's price right now is just too high for me, so I just used 1050ti to wait the price to go down again.

The image of the black screen is where you enter the password of the Windows, even though it is black screen, you can still enter the password and go into Windows.
The second picture you can clearly see that even though the I open the file, the file won't show up on the screen, only on the text bar. Same with others, IE, settings etc.
The third image show you that my audio, internet and others are missing from the taskbar.

But I have one more question. Do you recommend HDMI or DVI?

Hey dude sorry to bother you again but I got another problem. I have 16 gb ram installed but it says there is only 7.93 useable and the speed is only 2133 mhz? Mine should be running at 3200 MHz
