RAM Problem. Please Help!

Hey everyone,

So I got a new build, and I have installed 8GB(4x2) 2400MHz

However in Computer Properties it says : Available RAM - 8GB (3,95 GB usable) Why???

I'm using Windows 10 Home 64 bits
GeForce GTX 1050ti 4GB but I haven't installed drivers for the GPU.

Can someone help me?

Chassis:
OS:

Are you sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date? Since when did the issue crop up? From your post stylizing, it seems like you migrated your installation of OS was migrated from an older system, is that correct?

The BIOS is up to date
I got this pc today. Bought in a tech resolver. They built hit. They only built. Didn't put OS

I'm right now installing drivers.
