Currently I can access a ftp server hosted by my ISP through my browser. It does not require a password or username to connect by its users. As all my devices on my home network can browse it through the browser. Its link is something like this http://172.22.22.101/home/index.php

Now, can I access this ftp server and its files through Filezilla ? I tried putting 172.22.22.101 in host-tab in site manager in filezilla and it would not connect. Need help !

The message "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server" means that FTP access is blocked. The administrator for the site would need to allow you FTP access.
