I just bought this laptop a week ago. It shutdown automatically when running any big software like Auto-CAD or games like counter-strike global offensive... And i have to turn it back on it does not gives any message why it went off.

It is running on Windows 10. It has Intel Core i5 Processor 7th generation, 8 GB of RAM and 2GB Radeon (TM) R5 M430 Graphics card. I am new to this pc world..plzz help.

Ran out of battery? Crash? Hard to tell.

You could check Event Viewer to see whether there's a log about the shut down.

Also consider finding the crash dump files. If they aren't set up you will need to configure Windows to produce them. Post those to the Windows 10 board as there's more chance for those experienced in reading them to see if there's something wrong.

I would consider checking Dell's website for driver updates as well to see if it helps.
