Then definitely wait for the Coffee Lake. They just came in stock in my country this week, so it shouldn't be long for most countries. I mean you are paying a lot for this new build you will use for long time, so better to wait a bit to get a better system.
A couple of things..

Change PSU to a G3 model instead of B2, eventually just a 650w as that is more than enough for your system.
Consider Coffee Lake I7-8700K instead with a Z370, simply because a lot better performance and no reason to get an old platform by now.
If you still decide to stick with 7700K, then at least get a Z270 motherboard. The Z170 was for Skylake, and you will most likely need to update BIOS for it to work with 7700K, and to do that you will need a working Skylake CPU.

Just the one with the features you need.
Now, without knowing what you will use your computer for, you should know that the new I5-8600K will beat the 7700K by miles in gaming. Even the I5-8400 will in some games be faster than the 7700K.

I already checked that has way better performance, the issue is I can not buy it in my country yet... It should start to sell very soon but noone knows exactly when. If it happens in 2 weeks I will go for 8700K and Z370 for sure. Btw it will be a gaming pc.
Thanks
