I've been searching whole day for a answer, but I am not sure if I got lucky. Here is the problem, I've decided to add an additional GTX 970 G1 to my setup and run them in SLi, but didn't check the spacing between 8x lanes on my P8Z77M-pro motherboard. Of course the GPU on top runs super hot (1mm gap in between the cards). I've been searching for a substitute for my mobo. Z77 chipset in rare and expensive, H61 also rare and as I figured out not as good,... Changing my CPU and a new mobo seems the best idea, but since I am happy with my 3770k and would like to save some bucks and maybe you guys have a better option for me.
