Never built one before, just replaced parts. Will probably google a guide, can't be that hard. What I want to ask if what I'm planning to buy is a reasonable and/or doable build. Just wondering if I haven't missed anything important.
My budget is around 700-800 Euro:
Case: NZXT S340 Black
CPU: Intel Core i5-7400, Quad Core, 3.00GHz, 6MB, LGA1151, 14nm, 65W, VGA, BOX
GPU: ASUS Phoenix GeForce® GTX 1050 Ti 4GB GDDR5
Mother Board: ASRock B250M PRO4 S1151 DDR4 M.2 mATX
SSD: Crucial SSD MX300 275GB SATA3, 2,5'' read/write: 530/500 MB/s
RAM: Corsair ValueSelect 8GB DDR4 2400MHz CL16 DIMM (x1)
PSU: EVGA 450 B3 450W, 80 PLUS Bronze, Full modular

I would really appreciate any help or advice, thanks.

This i3-8350K is unlocked for overclocking. A much better option for your budget than the 7400. Considering both are quad cores. Don't worry too much about the RAM on the build. Just make sure it is a pair or DDR4-2400 or better. This was just a good price. The Seasonic is a better PSU.

CPU: Intel - Core i3-8350K 4.0GHz Quad-Core OEM/Tray Processor (€169.90 @ Caseking)
CPU Cooler: Scythe - Mugen MAX 97.2 CFM CPU Cooler (€40.79 @ Aquatuning)
Motherboard: ASRock - Z370M Pro4 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard (€121.74 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Memory: Kingston - Savage 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-3000 Memory (€87.79 @ Amazon...
I would get the I5-8400 instead. Much better performance, only downside is that for now, only the more expensive Z370 mobos are available. If you can, then wait for early next year to get I5-8400 and a B360 mobo.
Next you want your RAM as a dual channel kit. So find a 2x4 GB kit instead.
Besides that, your system looks fine and if you cannot wait then just buy it.
