Slow rendering speed

I have lagg in PUBG,Rust,... I have random stutters and the textures load in very slow. Any1 knows the reason for this?

Specs:
Graphics card: MSI gtx 1080 ti
Processor: i7 3.40ghz
Motherboard: H61M-DGS (asrock)
RAM: 8gb DDR3
And i have a power supply of 750W

Slow texture loading may be due to a slow drive. And occasional stutter is pretty normal. Try enabling/disabling V-Sync. If you are sure something is wrong and its not the drive, update Nvidia drivers. Google some fixes for your specific game, or RMA your card.
