Can i pair these two sticks?

Hi guy's! I have one stick ddr4 8gb hyperx savage @3000mhz. HX430C15SB2/8. I want to upgrade to 16gb. At the store there is same, exact memory just with one difference. It's HX430C15SB/8 (without number 2). What does mean that number 2? Can i pair these two? I mean, will it work fine? Or should i try to find identical stick?

The issue with RAM is that even if they're the exact same, even with the QVL code matching, they might not work. It's very finnicky, trying to find the same module that will 100% work with your system as it stands. As I've been told myself, and my own opinion would tell, just getting a new kit and selling/saving your current kit would be the safe option here. However, that's not to say it won't work at all- sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. There's no real way of telling until you actually can test it yourself.
