Never installed an water cooler before
Looking through the instruction book for installing the Fractal S24 on an AM4 motherboard - It only suggests you need to install the back plate for Intel boards, the next step is too install the standoffs - but without the back plate, there is nothing to hold the standoffs in place..
Sorry for this question, I have severe OCD - but if anyone has installed the Fractal S24 on an AM4 board - Do I need the backplate or not, or am I missing something obvious??
