Nothing I've seen anywhere has helped me.
I'm running a core i5 6600k OCed to 4.2 Ghz (the problem was the same before the overclock) with 16 GB DDR4 at 2400 Mhz and a 1070.
Frame rates will be high for most of the time and then randomly (on any multiplayer mod) it will randomly drop/stutter to the point where it makes me fuck up. I'm talking single digit frames.
I've tried experimenting with ingame settings (increases overall frame rate but drops still occur), creating .ini files to change settings, using in-game commands, changing nvidia control panel application settings and nothing seems to work.
