Like the title says, will a i5 3550 bottleneck a GTX 1050 Ti? My friend is thinking of upgrading his acer desktop that came with a i5 3550, 8gb DDR3, and a nvida quadro 2000 D with a GTX 1050 Ti. For example, can it run gta 5 at high/very high at 60fps or more on 1080p? And are they compatible.

this depends on power supply and case size, also since it is a pre-built mobo bios may be locked
