Ohk thanks i have a multimeter will quickly switch of pc and test the psu, how exactly can i test the psu 24 pin connecter? Must i test each pin bottom and top for example positive of multimeter by top rail and negative by bottom rail? And what voltage must each pin give me?

You can google PSU pinout btw. ;)

thanks for the reply ive looked around for vids on how to test psu and they say psu must be running while testing ive seen a video where a guy uses a bend paperclip on two of the rails, like I said my psu is still brand new like 3mnths old I'm just worried to do stuff like that with paperclip etc and something happen and the guys don't give me refund back. my psu is also a modular and other vids show color coded wires on psu mine is all black wires. but like I mentioned I cant think that the psu would be the problem still it isn't impossible to happen
