Your board supports DDR3 1333Hz or 1600Hz. However it is a bad idea to mix RAM. RAM should be bought as a kit where it is tested to work together, even using 2 kits of the exact same make and model can have problems and yes I have actually tried this and witnessed issued.

I would sell your 4gb you already have and buy an 8gb kit.

Those games your cpu is a limiting factor too, your cpu won't allow you to achieve 60fps but hopefully 30+ is possible. They are fairly cpu heavy games and your cpu is under the minimum recommend. Upgrading to 8gb RAM is needed to play those games without stuttering but don't expect high fps.

You motherboard and CPU supports DDR3 at 1600MHz but there's no telling how the system will react when mixing different RAM sticks esp. from different manufacturers.

Intel platforms/chipsets are usually more forgiving when it comes to mixed RAM sticks but no one can say for sure unless you test it on the board. If the Kingston stick is also 1600Mhz they might work.

Update: I Agree with sizzling on the gaming performance, Your CPU will be a limiting factor. You might be able to play at low/medium graphic settings or lower resolutions and won't have very high frame rates.
