Is my PC capable of high end 3D rendering and could there be a possible bottleneck and what should I upgrade next?

My pc has been running slow when it comes to after effects and blender animation programs. I do vfx and gfx but it is slow. even when using simple effects like warping or color corrections, or standard shaders and textures. I can run games perfectly without lag on a stable 30 to 60fps like GTA 5 of Garry's Mod etc.

I was wondering if something could be holding my system back. I have 1 SSD and 2 other standard hard drives.

30 to 60 fps in gaming isn't that great. Your system (CPU and GPU) is woefully underpowered for 3d Rendering hence the issues you are facing.

There is not much you can do with it, if I were you I would save up for a new build. I'd reccomend one now but as systems change every few months these days, best to get a build setup when you're ready to buy.
