Hello

I've been looking at 1080 graphics cards as I had help earlier today finding out whenever my current system could support those or not, however I'm currently trying to figure out whenever that series of graphics cards would even be compatible with the Arctic Accelero Hybrid II - 120 which is currently what I'm using for my GTX 780.
On the product page it says that it's compatible with GTX 1060, GTX 1070, GTX 1080 and RX 480 but then I look at the reviews on other sites for the exact same thing which will state that it's only compatible up to GTX 980 and R9 290X.
I'd very much appreciate some clarification on whenever I can use my current liquid cooler on a GTX 1080 or not.

Thanks in advance for any advice/clarification you may have for me.

As long as you get a good aftermarket air cooled card you won't see much benefit in using the AIO cooler. The good air coolers are very quiet and keep the cards well within their thermal limits. Also, for most companies other than EVGA removing the stock cooler will void your warranty.

PS: Should I be unable to use my current liquid cooler, how much 'worse off' would I be if I just stick with the cooler that I can expect GTX 1080's to have nowadays?

I see, now as of the current liquid cooling I got going should I 'uninstall' all of it or is there any kind of benefit leaving the radiator etc. in that I should take into consideration??
