With the Mobo you have selected now you may need a bios update for it to work with the cpu you have selected. So you either need a spare cpu that is compatible and use it to update the bios or choose another mobo

You should get a better quality power supply. Seasonic, XFX, Corsair CXM or higher, Antec high current models, EVGA higher end than what you picked (SuperNova ones are good).
