What great new PC games can i run with a N3060 processor and i mean new games like assasins origins or nfs payback

At best, you can maybe run some graphically undemanding titles like Minecraft or League of Legends, although even they won't look good or run all that great. The Celeron N3060 and its integrated graphics is an extreme low end laptop CPU meant for basic office work, web browsing and video playback only. It is basically a glorified Atom CPU, and that line was only meant for really low powered mobile devices. You won't get playable framerates on any modern AAA game, best case scenario is the game will launch, but you will get framerates in the single digits and it will be absolutely unplayable.
