Hello. When I start AIDA 64 system stablity stress test (CPU+FPU+Cashe+Memory) I get blue screen after ~20-30 seconds. But all this tests separately works good and stable. I tried each test independently several times and I recieve good resuts every time. But when I try to start CPU+FPU+Cashe+Memory stability test (even without GPU stress test) I get failure. How can I fix it ? What's your advice?
P.S. CPU temp is good - it always below 55 C. All components are with default settings, except CPU- I reduce CPU voltage a bit, but with new voltage CPU+FPU+Cashe stress test works well.
