steam download from begin again

i has buy Payday 2 and download but some incident my laptop shutdown and make my download steam from 0% again

so how to fix it or other solved ? to hard download from steam wasted my bandwidth :(

It seems that the sudden shutdown did not allow steam to save where it progressed to and the installation was rolled back. If that it the case, which most likely is, not much can be done to retrieve the last installation.
Do keep your laptop plugged to a power source when the download is on, and if possible use an UPS to provide at least 5 mins of backup. Pause the download at the times, when you feel power is low. Keeping the download "Paused" would allow steam to download from the point where it was paused at.
