Honestly I'd be happy with the 1050 ti as I don't mind adjusting settings for smooth gameplay (FPS > Graphic settings), especially if it allowed me to get a better monitor, SSD & quieter cooler for my CPU. Plus I liked having a secondary monitor for checking temps, websites, Netflix, etc while I game.

Once you start having poor FPS even on the lowest settings is when I consider the upgrade.
If we're talking gaming here, I think you'd be a little more satisfied with upping the GPU power. 7600K isn't as amazing as the i3 8350k is basically the same but cheaper, and 8600K isn't a smart investment at this immediate moment because they're not in steady supply yet last I checked.

I just upgraded my gpu from gtx 650 to 1050ti and psu from 260watt unknown brand to seasonic 520w.
I have upgraded those just a month ago.

I also have 18.5 inch samsung 1366x768 monitor should i get a better monitor with that money?

I am opened to any advices and also what i7 cpu would you recommend?

Any i7 that is is 1150 socket so one such as the 4770(K/S), 4790(K/T),4771, etc. Depending on your motherboard it may even fit a 1150 socket Xeon which some of them have 4 cores/8 threads just like the i7's. I'm not sure what's available for you but I've found some in my area for pretty cheap around $180 USD. With the remaining money you should be able to get a good GPU upgrade or even a 1080P monitor.

I live in Turkey 350 euros means 1500 TL and GTX 1060 6GB costs 1500 TL and a month ago i just bought that 1050ti.

and I have been using SAMSUNG S19C150 1366x768 60hz monitor for years.Should I buy a quailty 1080p monitor,a good cpu cooler(mine is stock and making alot of noises which can be heard even if you put headset on) also wouldnt that good to get another ssd to install games on it?

If you were me what would you do with 1500TL?
Get a quailty 1080p monitor from SAMSUNG S19C150 1366x768 60hz
Get a good cpu cooler
Get a good ssd

OR

GTX 1060 6GB

I am actually ok with the gaming performance not very happy but not disappointment since its a budget card.

Your decision is very important to me so i would like to know what you really think of it instead of just saying thank you in advices.I am a very paranoid person when it comes to PC thats why i insist to get know what you think.
