Hello, my USB ports aren’t working I have an A320MA-M.2 by Gigabyte. I’ve been trying to research but no luck. My keyboard and mouse both don’t work in windows but when I launch bios they’re fine. I have a Corsair keyboard and a cooler master mouse. I went out and bought a ps/2 keyboard and a ps/2 adapter for my mouse, my mouse doesnt work still but the keyboard works fine. I don’t know how to install the adapters. Please help
