So i have recently moved everything from my old case over to a new one and changed motherboard. now when i stream videos on websites like youtube or twitch, i get these weird artifacts. multiple pixelated blocks, distorting the video. restarting temporarily fixes this. It doesn't happen in games or gpu stress tests (tested with futuremark) i haven't overclocked the cpu or done anything with it. I tried reinstalling nvidia drivers, which fixed it, but after a few restarts it came back.
