ryzen 1700 oc help plz

Built my pc a few months ago. B350 tomahawk updated bios and Ryzen 1700. I can't even get the speed up to 3.2ghz without the computer not booting back back up and having to reset the cmos. Anyone have any ideas?

did you increase VCore voltage as well? If not, slowly increase that. Let's say stock is 3.0G @ 1.2v, try 1.25v for 3.2G, use aida64/real bench stress test to test stability. If 1.25v doesn't do, slowly increase, definitely less than 1.45v and cpu under load temp should be less than 85 celcius.

Was hoping I didn't have to mess with the voltage being new at thing was hoping goin from atleast 3.0 to 3.1 the auto would do
