Hey guys I was downloading at 32mbps on fibe 25 Bell internet. I bumped it up to fibe 50 double the speed, the technician came and changed the modem I now download at 8mbps!?!?!? They say nothing is wrong on there end! My internet speed test is fast as hell but as soon as its under load like downloading a game it has no more juice and struggles to stay at 8mbps.

Its cabled and i'm downloading from Blizzard fast as hell normally.
