I tried to enable xmp profile so i can use my memory at 3200mhz, but it makes my processor heat up and use atleast 70% after i open any program. On idle processor usage and temperature are normal. Any tips what i can do to use my memory at 3200mhz?

Bios is latest version

CPU - Intel i7-7700K 4.2GHz
GPU - EVGA Geforce GTX 1080ti SC 11GB
RAM - G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4 3200MHz 2x8GB
Motherboard - Asus ROG STRIX Z270H
PSU - EVGA 650W SuperNOVA 650 G3

Solution
Try turning off multicore enhancement. That is likely what is causing the difference. Certain motherboards will turn on Multi-core enhancement when you use an XMP profile which is basically an automatic overclock of the CPU. (It sets the allcore turbo Frequency to the single core turbo Frequency). Mind you your system will run slower after turning it off, but it should keep it from getting as hot.

Aside from XMP did you change any other settings? What is your Cooler? Your temps will be higher with XMP on, as XMP disables Speedstep and has your CPU run at maximum clockspeed all the time. That said, you should not be idling that hot. Check and make sure that your CPU cooler is still mounted securely, and that the fans are not obstructed in any way, it's possible the cooler got knocked loose while you were installing your RAM modules.

Cooler master hyper 212 evo with noctua nf-f12 fan. I only changed cpu cooler speed from standard to power. Idling temp is normal 30-40 but when i open chrome for example temps goes 65-70 and processor usage is atleast 70% all the time
