HI, WHEN I PLAY CSGO THE FPS DROPS EXTREMELY IT GOES UNDER 10 I AM NOT SURE ABOUT THE REASON BUT I THINK IT'S CAUSE CPU IT'S HEATING UP VERY FAST IT REACHES 100 C SOME TIME IT GOES WITH LONG NUMBERS LIKE THIS PICTURE

guess before removing the cooler, check if there is no dust under fan on CPU cooler. may be it's blocked. or the fan is not spinning

Well thermal paste should be preapplied on stock cooler unless you bought it used. Remove cooler and check if there any thermal paste.
Try to use HWmonitor software to check temperature, afterburner doesnt show it right cuz most likely your CPU is outdated?
What is your GPU? Maybe CSGO is not playable on it at all and there is no CPU overheating issue.
