Need build upgrade suggestions?
My old pc:

AMD FX 8350
ASUS M5A99FX PRO
8GB RAM

I sold these three parts and now i am looking for an upgrade. I mainly game on my pc.
Components which i already have: seasonic s12ii 620 psu, Corsair 200r case, 1tb hdd, 1080p monitor, gtx 1060 3gb.
Budget: around 350$

A new ryzen 1600 + mobo costs = 22000INR(338$)
A new ryzen 1500x + mobo costs = 19000INR(292$)
A new i5 8400 + z270 mobo costs = 26000INR(400$)

But a guy is offering me his 6 months old I5 6600k+mobo for 17000INR(260$)
What should i do ?

NOTE: i will be upgrading my whole setup in about a year, so no need to be future proof or anything.

Solution
8400 needs z370, not 270. Good gaming and multitasking chip. Budget mobo's do not yet exist for it.
1600, easily oc'd to 3.9/4.0, 6 core / 12 thread. similar-ish to 8400 in gaming performance, for less money.
AM4 socket has a longer lifespan than most Intel sockets, so that's a thing.

I'd say those are your two choices really, since the difference in price from 1500x to 1600 is very little.
In both cases you will need DDR4 ram, which you don't appear to have.
And ram is expensive these days, so you need to factor in that cost, for both platforms.

Does the 6600k package come with DDR4 ram?
If yes, then that is much cheaper for you.
If no, then look at a 1600 or 8400.

Either will pair nicely with your gpu, as well as have enough...

Either will pair nicely with your gpu, as well as have enough cou power to support a faster gpu in the future.
