Hey, I have a PC which I plan to upgrade
-CPU: I7-6700 SKY OC @3.8GHz all cores
-CPU COOLER: Scythe Fuma cooler ( http://www.scythe-eu.com/en/products/cpu-cooler/fuma.html )
-MOBO: ASrock Z170 Extreme 4 with SkyOC bios
-GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX1070 Windforce II OC (https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N1070WF2OC-8GD-rev-10#kf) with Samsung memory
-RAM: 2x8GB DDR4 GoodRam Play 2400mhz CL15
-PSU: ThermalTake Smart SE 630W (https://www.goldfries.com/images/hwreviews/2014/ttsmartse/smartse_05.jpg)
-Data Drive: Samsung HDD 1TB@7200rpms Cache: ??
-System+Games Drive: Adata SU800 256GB
-Case: Zalman Z3 Plus (Stock fans)
I have about $400 for an upgrade. I’m from Europe, so the prices are a little bit off from US market. However, it may be more logical to sell the 1070 and go for 1080(ti)-should I wait for the price drop after 1070Ti release?

Anyways, let me know what’s your suggestions on upgrading my PC both performance (Changing gpu, adding more ram?) and convenience wise (new case, water cooling, new fans).
BTW, I have a bargain for SM961 1TB ssd ~$360, should I go for it?

Forgot to add: I use my PC mainly for gaming, I have a 1440p monitor, so that's my target resolution @60fps. I'm fine with new and used hardware

Solution
For 1440p gaming at 60Hz, your GTX 1070 has plenty of power. No need to upgrade unless you really want to. Your setup is just fine as-is with the exception of your power supply. Your Thermaltake Smart PSU is a Tier 4 unit. Best to have a Tier 1 or Tier 2 unit for an overclocking, gaming setup like yours. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

An SM961 1TB for $360 USD is a pretty good deal as they are usually $100 more than that. You don't really need to replace your SSD though... The ADATA is fine. Not the fastest, but its performance is good enough where you don't need to replace it.
